A Bead and a Prayer Mala Making Workshop

Sunday November 10th – noon – 5pm

Join us as we meditate, set intentions and create a prayer that we can wear! This workshop is for anyone who wants to cultivate a greater connection to their truth and souls higher purpose. You will have the option to create a traditional 108 bead mala or a smaller intentional, devotional, beautiful, wearable reminder of where you want your energy to flow. These pieces help us to focus our precious energy and to remember the power of intention, meditation and prayer.

Fees: $40 for the workshop, plus bead kit $15-$50 (or BYOB, bring your own beads 🙂

With a soft and yielding approach we will experience the resetting of our nervous system through a process of ease and surrender. Come celebrate the opportunity to restore, relax and rejuvenate. Excellent for those wanting to slow down and find a deeper stretch, those dealing with life challenges, post-surgery patients, prenatal moms to be, seniors, or those who have been away from exercise for some time.
