Fridays, August 9th and 16th from 7-8:30pm
Childcare provided free of cost (3+ and potty trained)

Hot Yoga is a yoga practice in a room heated between 85 and 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The purpose of hot yoga is to encourage sweating, which is believed to detoxify the body, as well as improve flexibility, boost stamina, improve overall fitness, burn calories, relieve stress and increase circulation. Beverages after to replenish, rehydrate and nourish the body.
