Have you always wanted to try yoga but feared walking into a class for the first time and having not a clue of what’s going on or what to expect? Or perhaps you’ve been practicing for a while and would like to fine tune your awareness of some of the poses. Well in this informative workshop we will visit and deconstruct several of yoga’s core poses. Learning the names and proper technique/alignment will help anyone new or not to yoga feel better prepared to step onto their mat with a greater mind body awareness.
