The Principle-Based Partner Yoga™ Level I Training / Immersion is an opportunity to explore and develop skills that elevate our human potential, both personally and professionally. This visionary art expands the traditional practice of Yoga into the realm of relationship and authentic relating with others. The program is not just for teachers but designed for everyone with a sincere interest in Partner Yoga.
This first of its kind training includes an in-depth curriculum and comprehensive Training Manual. The tools and techniques presented are invaluable skills for anyone (1 year Yoga experience required) seeking to live a more connected, heart-centered life.
Graduates leave the training with greater physical, emotional and spiritual understanding of the power of partner practices to deepen their individual practice. Participants also receive inspiration to access their innate heart wisdom that imbues all relationships with greater authenticity.
21hrs practicum / 4hr followup to receive Certificate of Completion

Hot Yoga is a yoga practice in a room heated between 85 and 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The purpose of hot yoga is to encourage sweating, which is believed to detoxify the body, as well as improve flexibility, boost stamina, improve overall fitness, burn calories, relieve stress and increase circulation. Beverages after to replenish, rehydrate and nourish the body.

Through practical ideas and a system of practices rooted in storytelling, movement & sound; we gain access to our own “body wisdom” ~what works best for us, what gives us purpose, what makes us feel fully alive.
Friday, July 29 9:30 am – noon Wisdom of the Body~Deep Play If you are looking for nourishment, support & attention, this is the place to be. These sessions are designed for ample warm up, reflection and moving into deeper play through more noticing, witnessing savoring and exploring InterPlay’s body wisdom forms and tools.

Facilitator Jane Siarny, MFA, 200-CYT and certified InterPlay® leader is dedicated to uplifing the human spirit through creativity, community and spiritual practice. Her training and inspiration draws form classical & modern dance, imporvisation, singing, poetry, yoga and Inter Play®. Jane’s ongoing research is Creativity, Play and the search for the Divine Dance in YOGA.
