Couples Thai Yoga Massage Workshop

March 25th
6:30pm – 8:30pm
At Peace Tree Yoga

Presented by Peace Tree Yoga and Healing Grace, massage therapist, Nancy Zick will be leading us through this special Thai Yoga Massage Workshop for couples. Enjoy a hands-on learning experience as you learn how to give and receive a Thai massage. It’s often described as “having yoga done to you” and feels amazing! Imagine your spine lengthening, your hips opening, your shoulders releasing, all without you doing a thing. Ah, this is the bliss of a Thai massage! It is an ancient healing art that is said to date back to the time of the Buddha. Thai massage can feel like a nurturing, effortless yoga practice in which your partner moves your body in and out of postures, enticing your muscles into gentle stretches and your mind into deep relaxation. It relieves muscular tension, improves circulation and balances the body energetically.

Location: 125 State St., Burlington, WI 53105
Cost: $50/couple (pre-register by 3/18/17)
