Meditation for Everyone

Sunday, March 31st – 3pm

This 1.5 hour class helps beginners who wish to study meditation and practice simplicity and clarity. It includes practical instruction of meditation postures, mindful breathing, concentration and deep relaxation. Insight and Loving kindness meditation form the basis of the workshop.
