Do you often feel unmotivated, tired and have a lack of energy to get through the day? Do you feel like stress is a common culprit disrupting your peace? Is it hard for you to relax, sit still or focus? Are you looking for ways to build positive mental health, peace and happiness?
In this introductory class, we’ll practice some techniques to move through times of unease and distress, using breathwork, yoga postures, meditation and more to find emotional balance and contentment.
