Join us as we dive into the study of yoga philosophy!

Yoga philosophy is well described in “The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali,” where yoga is outlined in the eight limbs, or stages, that one should follow to reach freedom or liberation. The eight limbs include the yamas and niyamas (ethics), asanas (physical practice), pranayama (breathing exercises), pratyahara (withdrawal), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation) and samadhi (union with God). Together we will gain a better understanding of how all of these limbs can work like our personal GPS to guide us home to our true nature and true inner JOY!
