Ruth is a Yoga, Pilates, and Senior Fitness Instructor. She believes in incorporating the whole person in a quest for wellness and fitness. Ruth invites you on a journey of healing and health by incorporating several modalities into each class. She designs each class experience to include strength, balance, and flexibility for mind and body. A vast background in Chakras, meditation, Ayurveda, and energy healing add debth and insight to each experience. Her self practice began over 20 years ago and has taught yoga since 2006. She believes that health is attainable for every-BODY. Her approach is engaging and honest, with a yoga style that is eclectic, joyful, peaceful, and attainable for all.
Ruth is a retired highschool Spanish teacher and travels to teach yoga in the Carribean. She is married with grown children and lovingly enjoys the role of grandmother. Being outdoors is her passion as well as traveling, hiking, kayaking, walking the dog, scuba diving, hosting retreats and workshops, and being a lifelong learner.
